Refund policy
At AL Farma Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order ID.
2. Returns
Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered, except in the following cases:

You received a damaged product

You received a wrong product

The product is leaking or broken on arrival
An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any return or refund.
3. Refunds

If your return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue occurred from our side.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product

Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Share clear photos/videos of the product along with the unboxing video.

Requests raised after 24 hours may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
5. Replacement Policy

In case of approved damage or wrong item, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
